How is pricing calculated?
Flat rate, based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage of your space — plus the type of clean. Use the instant price calculator at the top of this page for an immediate estimate, then we confirm with a quick phone call. No hourly meter running.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No. Most of our clients give us a key, garage code, or lockbox code. We're professional, respectful of your space, and you'll come home to a freshly cleaned place.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — supplies, equipment, and vacuums included. If you prefer we use specific products (eco-friendly, fragrance-free, pet-safe), just let us know and we'll use what you provide.
What areas do you cover?
Maple Ridge, Langley, Coquitlam, and Surrey. If you're close to those communities, call us anyway — we may be able to help.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it, no charge. Your satisfaction is how we build our business.
